Gluten Free Event

This event will be held at A Gut Feeling headquarters on the Old Head of Kinsale, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The goal is to enjoy ourselves, meet others with similar dietary restrictions, learn some new recipes, get nutrition and shopping tips, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.

Everyone will get involved in cooking our three course meal with Katie, picking some additional ingredients from the garden and Katie will answer any questions on nutrition or shopping to support a gluten free lifestyle at home.

Once the meal is prepped, participants will be encouraged to go for a walk, enjoy a drink and the view before relaxing to enjoy the meal.

Over the course of the day, there will be some group coaching to support the group in successfully implementing a gluten free diet.
